WeBeam Collective

Working solo doesn't mean working alone. Join WeBeam Collective, a supportive space for people working independently who want to feel less lonely and more motivated.

What is WeBeam Collective?

If you're working on your own, whether you're freelance, self-employed, building something new, or navigating a creative project, you know how isolating it can feel. The overthinking, the procrastination, the constant questioning of whether you're doing the right thing. It's exhausting doing it all in your own head.

That's where WeBeam Collective comes in.

This isn't just another networking group or productivity hack. It's a genuinely supportive community for people who are working solo but don't want to feel alone in it. A space where you can ask the questions you've been keeping to yourself, get unstuck when motivation dips, and actually connect with other people who get it.

It's the colleagues you're missing, without all the corporate nonsense!

What you get:

Online support sessions, lead by me, Janine, a trained Therapist and Coach, who is also solo working and craving community. I’m the kind of person who becomes your champion; if I know you, I’m probably talking about you in the circles I move in. I get about and I love supporting and promoting people I know! We'll cover the stuff that actually matters that we don't always make time for, goal setting, reflection, staying motivated when everything feels hard, dealing with self-doubt, and keeping momentum when you're the only one holding yourself accountable.

Co-working sessions where you can work alongside others, and feel like part of something. Because sometimes having someone to bounce ideas round and have a cup of tea with is just what you need.

A judgment-free community where you can ask questions, share wins (big or small), admit when you're struggling, and get support from people who understand what it's like to work on your own.

Who it's for:

You might be freelance, self-employed, working on a side project, or just navigating something creative or uncertain on your own. You're probably used to figuring things out by yourself, but lately, that's starting to feel lonely, overwhelming, or just... a lot.

You want accountability without pressure. Community without performance. Support that actually feels supportive.

If that sounds like you, this is your space.
